Four Rare Vintage French Armchairs by Jean-Louis Berthet for Berthet-Pochy, c.1980's

Incredible set of extremely rare French armchairs designed by famous French designer Jean Louis Berthet.
Given the name of 'Maestro', the unusual yet generous sized chairs were designed as a 'flying carpet'.
The chairs have their original green/grey leather seats with a wooden u shaped frame. The two legs at the back are made of a metal rod while the front two legs are a continuation of the wooden frame.
The seats are in their original condition, the wooden frame has been restored although there a couple of small scratches.
