Rare Mid Century Italian Murano Chandelier by Toni Zuccheri for Venini, c.1960s.

This rare Italian Murano Chandelier produced for Venini is made up of 42 pieces of glass held by chrome rods and a ball on the bottom of each. The glass is clear and exceptionally large with three sides to each piece. Although being clear the glass is somewhat textured in appearance.

Zuccheri studied Architecture at the University of Venice. There he studied under the likes of Scarpa and Albini. Later working with Gio Ponti.

The chandelier has been fully rewired to Australian Standards.
