Completely original, the Poliedri chandelier is a celebrated design by Italian master Carlo Scarpa, created during his influential collaboration with Venini.
This enduring design is composed of polyhedral Murano glass elements, each individually hand-blown and shaped in the form of faceted glass “bottles,” a sculptural motif that has become one of the most recognisable and sought-after expressions of mid-century Italian lighting.
The cone-shaped chandelier features amber-coloured Murano glass, arranged in twelve cascading tiers that taper elegantly to a single point. When illuminated, the layered glass creates a warm, atmospheric glow, with light refracting through the textured surfaces of each element.
The chandelier is presented in good original condition and will be completely rewired to Australian standards upon arrival.
