Antella Console for CASSINA by Kazuhide Takahama, c.1975

Antella, designed by Kazuhide Takahama for Cassina, is a polyester lacquered console with gloss.  Two hinged elements that form the support are held together by a magnet.  The top consists of two halves allowing you to fold or open out the console into a table.

 

Takahama completed his Architectural studies in Japan.
