Vintage Palmette Murano Glass Chandelier, Italy

A spectacular vintage Italian Palmette chandelier, composed of individually moulded clear glass elements arranged in dramatic, overlapping tiers.

The chandelier features an abundance of elongated palmette-form glass leaves, each richly moulded with raised linear detailing that catches and refracts the light. The individual elements are meticulously arranged across the frame to create a sculptural, fan-like silhouette, with the graduated layers producing exceptional depth and movement.

A moulded glass bowl forms the centre of the chandelier, finished with a decorative teardrop-shaped glass finial below. When illuminated, light filters through the multiple layers of textured glass, creating a brilliant yet atmospheric effect.
