Mid Century Italian Palmette Chandelier in Cristallo, c.1960's.

Price on application

This beautiful mid-century palmette chandelier features the Graniglia technique, where crushed glass is applied to the back of the glass elements.

The design includes a central dome-shaped bowl at the bottom, finished with a chrome finial. The chandelier is composed of two layers of oval palmette glass pieces: a larger piece forming the back layer and a smaller piece overlapping it at the front. These glass leaves elegantly cover the outer rim of the frame, and each piece of glass is securely held in place by chrome balls.

The chandelier is suspended from a glass ceiling rose by a slender chrome rod. Importantly, it has been fully rewired to meet Australian Standards.
