Pair of Original 'Lady Chairs' by Marco Zanuso, c.1950's

Price on application

The iconic "Lady Chairs," designed by the renowned Italian designer Marco Zanuso. These chairs, first conceived in 1950, represent a significant moment in Italian design history.

Revolutionary for their era, the Lady Chairs departed from traditional furniture construction. Utilizing polyurethane and elastic tape, they pioneered innovative assembly methods from individual components, rather than relying on a conventional frame.

These particular Lady Chairs are in good vintage condition, showing some age-related wear on the legs. The legs have been painted black, and the chairs retain their original Hygrangias flowered fabric. They are available for purchase in their current condition or can be reupholstered in your choice of fabric.
